Colombian, Cuban, American higher education professional looking for ways to innovate and enhance organizational practices to better suit multicultural communities in the workforce.
Madison Rodas (she/her/ella)
Madison Rodas is a higher education professional and the current Associate Director of the Office of Multicultural Student Affairs at the University of Miami. As a first-generation college graduate from the University of Florida, Madison cultivated her passion for helping students as an undergraduate student and enhanced it while pursuing her Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration of Florida International University.

Madison strives to foster inclusive and welcoming communities in each of the spaces that she interacts with. As a younger practitioner in the profession, she hopes to encourage others of their capabilities in the workforce. She approaches her trainings with a level of intentionality to ensure folks have the resources to cultivate their environments in the most efficient ways possible.

As the founder and principal consultant of Madison Rodas Consulting, Madison is dedicated to cultivating communities of care, education, and acceptance, while also hoping to inspire young leaders of tomorrow.
